Dyslexia Therapy Beyond Our Classrooms
Individual Orton-Gillingham based therapy for students and adults who are not enrolled at Lighthouse Academy.
The Same Therapy, Outside Our Walls
Many families find Lighthouse after a diagnosis, or after years of watching a bright child struggle with reading. Not every one of those students can enroll with us, and not every learner is a child. Outclient therapy exists for them.
A trained dyslexia therapist works one-on-one with your student in structured, multisensory sessions built around explicit phonics, fluency, and comprehension. Progress is measured, and you hear about it regularly.
Availability depends on therapist schedules, so we recommend reaching out early. Tell us about your learner using the form below and we will follow up to talk through fit, scheduling, and cost.

What Families Can Expect
One-on-one instruction
Therapy sessions are individually planned and delivered by a trained dyslexia therapist, following the same Orton-Gillingham based approach used in our classrooms.
Open to the community
You do not have to be enrolled at Lighthouse Academy. Outclient therapy is available to students from any school, and to adult learners.
Scheduled around school
Sessions are typically held before school, after school, or during the summer, depending on therapist availability.
Evaluation is helpful, not required
A recent psychoeducational evaluation helps us plan quickly. If you do not have one, our Center for Diagnostics can help.
Outclient Therapy Inquiry
Share a few details and our team will reach out to talk about availability and next steps.
