Terms of Service

These terms apply to lighthousedyslexia.org, lighthousediagnostics.org, the Lighthouse family portal, and our online forms and staff tools (together, the "Services"), operated by Lighthouse Academy for Dyslexia and the Lighthouse Center for Diagnostics ("Lighthouse," "we," "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Lighthouse is an educational organization. Our evaluations, therapy, and instruction are educational services. They are not medical care, and we do not bill insurance.

Information on our websites is for general education. It is not a diagnosis or professional advice for any individual learner.

• Keep your sign-in details private, and let us know right away if you think someone else has used them.
• Give us accurate, complete information on forms, including the Case History Form.
• Use the portal only for your own family's records, or records you are authorized to access.
• Staff accounts are for Lighthouse work only and must follow our internal policies.

Fees, payment schedules, and deadlines are shared with you before services begin. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Application fees are non-refundable unless we tell you otherwise in writing.

Scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling rules are shared with you when you book.

If you connect a Google account, you allow Lighthouse to use the permissions you approve, only for the features described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time. Your use of Google services is also covered by Google's own terms.

Please do not:

• Try to access accounts, records, or systems that are not yours.
• Upload harmful files or interfere with how the Services work.
• Submit false information or use the Services for anything unlawful.

The text, photos, logos, and materials on our websites belong to Lighthouse or are used with permission. You may view and share them for personal, non-commercial use. Evaluation reports are provided for the family's use and sharing with the learner's school or care team.

We work hard to keep the Services available and accurate, but they are provided "as is," and we cannot promise they will always be error free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Lighthouse is not responsible for indirect losses that come from using the Services.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Services means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
